The Experience

Descend beneath the château into vaulted cellars that have existed since the Middle Ages — massive limestone arches, flickering candlelight, and a constant cool temperature create an atmosphere impossible to replicate. Up to 16 guests gather around a long oak table for a multi-course dinner prepared by a local chef, paired with wines from the Auvergne: crisp Saint-Pourçain whites, robust Côtes d'Auvergne reds, and artisan cheeses from the surrounding countryside. Available on select dates — ideal for celebrations, anniversaries, or simply an unforgettable evening.
