The Experience
Join a local foraging expert for a seasonal walk through the estate's 30+ hectares of woodland, hedgerows, and meadows. Depending on the season, you'll identify and gather wild garlic, elderflower, chanterelles, blackberries, sloes, and herbs growing naturally across the grounds. Learn traditional preservation techniques and return to the kitchen to prepare a simple wild dish together. The estate's orchards and kitchen garden yield additional seasonal bounty — from organic fruit to fresh eggs and goat milk when available.
